Freedom Of Religion vs Traditional Innovated Apostasy Law

Please pay good attention to this very important issue, it is regarding the MOST HORRIBLE CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY... AND IS THE  WORST LIE ABOUT  GOD, HIS MESSAGE, AND HIS MESSENGER... This issue is the unQuranic unIslamic fabricated apostasy law!

The so-called Muslims (Sunni and Shia) believe in the killing of those who embrace Islam and then reject it and naturally oppose it!

Please consider the following major points:

1- Freedom is a cornerstone in God's message. God makes it clear in his book that the Islamic religion is based on freedom and personal choice.

[2:256] There is NO COMPULSION in religion; the proper way has been clarified from the wrong way. Whoever rejects evil, and believes in God, indeed he has taken grasp of the strongest hold that will never break. God is hearer, knower.

[18:29]and say:''The truth is from your Lord, so let whoever desires to believe, and whoever desires to reject. we have prepared for the wicked a fire whose walls will be surrounding them. And if they cry out, they are giving a water like boiling oil which burns their faces. what a dreadful drink and what a miserable place!''

[10:99] And had your Lord willed, all the people on the earth in their entirety would have believed. Would you force the people to make them believe?

[88:21] So remind, for you are but a reminder. [88:22] You have no control over them.

2- Although there is Godly punishment for those who reject the true religion, there is no worldly human punishment for apostasy indicated in the Quran.

3- How is it possible that God does not mention such a major punishment regarding such a major issue in his book?

4- The belief of killing the apostate is based on the so-called sayings and doings of Prophet Mohammad which is collected two hundred years after his death. So imagine, all the so-called Muslims, be it Sunni or Shia have been living under this tremendous fear of being accused of apostasy for more than a thousand years. 

5- Who is to determine someone has embraced Islam or not, Islam is not an inheritance. Although parents have an influence on their children, the fact remains that Islam is a mature serious cautious process and a serious sequence of life-long decisions.

6- There is a difference between the Islamic life-long process and believing in God his book and his messengers. The Islamic progressive process at an advanced stage leads to believing in God his book and his messengers.

7- Be aware of the following fact, according to the Sunni and Shia belief, anyone who rejects this law will be considered an apostate and deserves to be killed!

8- Sunni and Shia normally argue as follows: they say that the law does not force anyone to embrace Islam but it punishes the one who reverts from it. As you can see either way they compel the individual to stay a Muslim which obviously contradicts God's commitments as mentioned in the verses above. According to God's message in general and when it comes to religion he means absolute freedom.

9- Imagine who in his\her right mind would embrace Islam knowing that he\she would be killed as soon as he\she reject it sometime in the future. We all know that humans develop and evolve as they grow mentally and spiritually, so logically the possibility is always there that the individual will change his\her mind and therefore his\her believe at any given moment. logically any true seeker of the truth will always allow him\herself to change course when a new evidence is presented.

[2:190] And fight in the cause of God against those who fight you, BUT DO NOT AGGRESS, GOD DOES NOT LOVE THE AGGRESSOR.

Based on the undeniable facts mentioned above, it becomes clear to anyone who's genuinely seeking the truth that the apostasy-law is a man-made law, contradicts God's message and God and his messenger is completely innocent of such law.

[16:125] Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided.

[41:30] Those who have said: "Our Lord is God," then they did right, the angels will come down upon them: "You shall not fear, nor shall you grieve. Rejoice in the good news of Paradise that you have been promised."

[41:31] "We are your allies in this worldly life and in the Hereafter. Init you will have anything your soul desires, and in it, you will have anything you ask for."

[41:32] "A dwelling, from a Forgiver, Merciful."

[41:33]  And who is better in saying than he who invites to God, and does good works, and says: "I am one of those who have embraced Islam."

[41:34] Not equal are the good and the bad response. You shall resort to the one which is better. Thus, the one who used to be your enemy, may become your best friend.

[41:35] And none can attain this except those who are patient. And none can attain this except those who are extremely fortunate.

[41:36] And if Satan entices you, then seek refuge with God. He is the Hearer, the Knowledgeable.


So-called Muslims and non-Muslims have been living under the influence of such law more than at least a thousand years.

The Bottomline

[109:1] “ Say O you disbelievers!

[109:2] I do not worship what you worship.

[109:3] nor do you worship what I worship.

[109:4] I will never worship what you worship,

[109:5] nor will you ever worship what I worship.

[109:6] to you is your religion and to me is mine.

Please, be responsible and struggle for your well-being, freedom, and the freedom of others in exposing such an ongoing crime against humanity.

Final note: This issue is of the most importance, especially for the Sunni and Shia because when they realize that the apostasy-law is a man-made law, naturally they will reconsider all kinds of so-called Hadith and Sunna and they will be able to rediscover God's genuine message in his book and will rediscover GENUINE Islam
